Dispel Debuffs/MOB Buffs device

IS/are there (a) device(s) that can:

a) remove debuffs cast by a MOB from players (i.e. remove a player's grav link)

remove buffs cast by a MOB from that MOB (i.e. wipe a Tengu's Rally effect)

The "Hacking" skill (if it worked more reliably) could approximate this somewhat, although it really doesn't dispel abilities as much as it disables shields or reactors or devices.

Otherwise, I propose a set of devices that are Explorer-only (this all presumes of course, that MOB skills are in and working properly)

Zheng He's Relief (L7/ upgrades to L8 "Zheng He's Comfort" and L9 "Zheng He's Great Ease")

Progen Restricted

Activated on friendly target:

Removes one negative effect cast by enemy from target

Recharge(recast) time: 40sec

(200% quality reduces recast time to 20sec)

- L8 upgrade removes two negative effects, oldest effects wiped first

- L9 upgrade removes three negative effects, oldest effects first

Magellan's Limit (L7/ upgrades to L8 "Magellan's Strait" and L9 "Magellan's Dire Strait")

Jenquai Restricted

Activated on enemy target:

Removes one effect cast by enemy upon itself or nearby allies

Recharge(recast) time: 40sec

(200% quality reduces recast time to 20sec)

- L8 upgrade removes two effects, oldest effects wiped first

- L9 upgrade removes three effects, oldest effects first

I like those devices, but instead of giving that first device line to the JE, instead give it to the JT, and put her device tech back to 9 and her engine tech back to 8. JT probably has a more difficult time getting into raids than JE. JE already has plenty of raid utility, JT is a bit lacking by comparison. Not sure which class to give the other device to, but I lean TT or Scout.

There is a device that already exists called the "rallying cry" that removes the effects of Menace.

Not quite the same but there is also a Device "Weapon-Fixer Upper" which would remove all Mob Weapon debuffs like slow Weapons etc, not in game as yet was Genril/Scooter drop IIRC.
