afrodub Posted April 18, 2010 Report Share Posted April 18, 2010 When your loading your 2nd account, if the proxy says "TCP Listener port unable to bind to XXXX" And you hit "i accept" in the TOS window anyways, the toon you log in on will spam the login. It was an attempt to remedy most of the failed logins, which works quite well usually but there was one set of circumstances which could send the login system into a perpetual loop until it hits the timeout.
