Evoz
Hi all... My brother is attempting to log on on his new laptop (windows 7), which i installed everything onto last night (and he played perfectly fine last night). I've done all the compatibility things and have the launcher running as administrator. When he loads up the Net7 Launcher, it says CHECKING and then OFFLINE. I know the server is online because i am playing on my PC If more info is needed please ask for it, i'm not sure what more i can say Thanks in advance for any help! oren
Update: even the EnBNotifier is red as of yesterday. By the messages in the forum I take it that everyone else is playing. What gives? oren
Solved by computer restart. Why would the server be unreachable just like this out of the blue in mid game and require a restart of my PC? Weird... I can't believe I have wasted one day of my life doing real productive things when I could have been playing!

C Del[IS]
We might have to troubleshoot this over Teamspeak or Skype. It's hard to tell why this would happen. The only potential problem I can see is firewalls or an unusual network setup. Can he ping the server? To ping the server: Open the start menu, type "cmd", and press enter. In the black command prompt that comes up, type "ping play.net-7.org" and press enter.
Evoz
Sorry C Del, it started working again a few hours later and i forgot to check back to this thread. Unsure why but it seemed to fix itself after the 276 edition update Thanks again for your help, sorry to be a nuisance!
