Client won't launch

This has been happening to me for a few days now, but it got really bad today.

Whenever I ctd or re-log, I can't get the game started again.. I open up the N7 launcher on custom server with debug launch & packet opt. on, click play... but it doesn't make it passed "login ok"

the game itself doesn't launch... after about 30-45 minutes I can get back on, is the server acting up? or is it a problem on my end

I've been having the same problem on my Vista machine, but not the XP machine. Sometimes the only way I can get the Vista machine online is to restart, but then it launches fine.

This usually is because the client or net7proxy are still running from the crash. Go into the task manager and kill any process called "net7poxy.exe" or "client.exe". If you still experience problems, log out of and back into your windows account or restart your computer.

also, if none of what C Del said is the case, and you are getting to the 'login ok' stage, rather than restarting you can launch client.exe manually, just start the proxy and doubleclick client.exe [if you do this, you might experience a long loading time after char selection so let it sit for a minute]
