Last I heard, on Marco's blogspot dated January 26, was that Build Reactors and Fold Space were going to be added in a patch expected Friday the 29th. I know it hasn't been a week yet, and I don't mean to sound impatient, but it's getting harder and harder to hold back skill points for when we do get those skills.
