I get the listening error before i can create a character I am able to log on then i ctd I have attached a screenshot of the error i get I would realy like to get playing I am a diehard E&B fan I had 3 active accounts before sunset please help

I just registered for the forums but can not setup a n7 account I have tried using both names and keep getting user not found error any help would be nice thnx
