Its looking much better now, thanks! I've been able to complete most of the low level TT skill missions, but have found one that appears to work, but doesn't: The "Tinkering with Parts" mission from Katlyn Walsh @ Somerled goes through all the expected dialog, but at the end of step 1, I'm told that I've learned Build Components when I haven't. In step 2, I'm then asked to build a Dragon's Horde, but as I can't build components yet, I can't progress.

It means that the client sent a login request to the server and the request timed out before it got a response, i.e., the server ignored it. This implies that the login server is hung, which is only slightly better than 'failed to connect to server', implying that the server isn't running.

The only mission that Louden gives me is the one where I pay him 5000 for information. This is not something I want to repeat a lot unless I get a donation to cover the costs, lol.

I've notices that there are quite a few starter missions that just keep repeating over and over instead of progressing. In particular, I can't get any of the 5 skill training missions from Louden MacEwen @ Loki Station, so my TT can't even use missles and is stuck using his starter laser until CL 7.

I'm wondering why there isn't a Known Bugs list so that I know what's already being worked on? I'd also like a clear statement of how/where bugs should be reported.

On a whim, I tried starting the E&B client directly and as expected, it failed to connect to the server. However, when I ran Net-7 after that, it worked. I'm not sure what changed, but maybe this will help someone else.

I've been able to run under Windows XP, although sometimes it takes a second start before it brings up the E&B client. I did the same install under Window 7 without a problem and Net-7 sucessfully patched it to current, however, when I click on the play button, it connects to the server, but fail to lauch the E&B client, even though it says that it has (after a noticable pause).
