since Friday night (my Time)  I have not been able to log into one of my computers  it was working great, it was my most stable computer for EnB,  When we crashed on Friday night, I waited until the server status app went to green so I could log back in as my character was deep in the Niffleman cloud.  all my other characters can log in (separate computers),

this computer once i click play on the Net-7 launcher version V2.2.o with client version of 544,  I have not changed anything on this computer, but Once I click Play on the Net 7 launcher I get an error window, Net-7 proxy     Server Failed to respond to login attempt.  Help please

Check your Local IP Address field, versus those, that's working.

    I had the same problem...

I have been DL the client, which basically does nothing. Then DL Net-7 installer and it gives me to updates like 544 server update then a 292 update, cycles thru that then nothing after.

How do I update client first?

What happens, if you try to run LauchNet7?

i refreshed the three accounts and the toons on all three accounts in an attempted to recover them,  go ahead and try them and let me know

Unable to login at Janwarrior, I guess due to wrong password before.

As for the two other goes, toons do NOT show up!

And, I'm sure, that I'm on the right accounts.

Is it possible to reset login for Janwarrior?

Looks like that I tried to login too many times.

We are currently missing a library file for the intel thread builder (intel tbb) package which is preventing the game server from building for us. This file is 'tbb_debug.lib'. I am looking for a version of this file to use so we can get to the next step. As soon as we get it to build, the game should be up shortly after that.

The bright side of all this, it has taught us a little more about Disaster Recovery so there are some steps/post-mortem to go through but we're going out of our way to make it less able to be taken out like this in the future.

    Try here?

    tbb_debug.lib - Search (bing.com)
