Ok, i think this bug is fixed too

This is probably because my database is reading the old and the new loot tables as some mobs haven't yet been moved to the new system. I look at a way to check if the mob is on the new system or not and make it choose which loot table to read Thanks for pointing this out

Looked in to and fixed Made a stupid typo when making it connect to the live database.

Can you give me the item where you were seeing these results? Not made any changes to this, so should still work. I will look at that.

I have made a few more changes. The database now reads the new loot tables, however, as this made the number of drops increase and with the hidden drops showing as unknown, the list on the page became huge. I have now made the database simply show the none-hidden drops, and then if there are ANY hidden drops, just add an info line, rather than showing a line for each drop. I really hope that makes sense. Thanks

Depends on what the incosistancies are with. The data on the portal is now taken from the Live database, apart from drops, the system has not been updated to use the new drop system yet.

You know that web dev that screwed up yesterday? Well, now ive fixed the script I have added an accounts section, this currently only has a change password option available on it which works now ... The next thing im going to add is the option to change the e-mail address. This is going to require you to change your forum e-mail first i think But, we shall see... need to discuss this with the developers first. Enjoy

LOL, well, i did drop the ball on this one, which isnt bad for 12 months work, only 1 balls up. But yes "Doh!" would be fitting right now, but i will say the saving bug is 100% not me ... which im happy about Im still not 100% sure if this is fixed

Well, 12 hours was well before i messed up all the passwords, so must be another issue ... I leave this one to the devs

I dont understand this, as we ONLY restored the 'Accounts' table... This table doesnt store any level or character data, just the usernames, emails, passwords and wether or not the account is active. I do not understand, unless there was an issue with saving the just happened at the same time. Are things saving now? can someone please log out and back in with a change and test for me. Perplexed would be the word i would use right now.

The avatar database was NOT touched, it was purely passwords that were affected. If this account was created to today, please PM me your username, e-mail address and character names, i will make sure they are linked to the right account.

As you may see from the previous news thread, i messed up. All accounts have now had there old passwords set back as of last night. Accounts created today will still need there passwords reset. If you are still having problems logging in, please make a post in the Technical Support forum. Thanks

Hi All, I have just made a massive mistake in coding a new section to the portal, and unforuntatley have reset everyones account passwords. To get your account password back, please visit the portal, click login, and there is a forgot password link. This will allow you to reset your password, you will need your account name, and your original e-mail address you signed up with, this will then make you activate the account and get you playing again. I am now working with CDel in getting this sorted, please just bear with us My sincere appologies for this screw up, i will do everthing i can to get the passwords back. Again, my aplogies. DEVS/BETA's: DO NOT DO THIS ON ANY OTHER ACCOUNT OTHER THAN YOUR STANDARD (It may reset your status) Slayerman

As you may or may not have seen i have a section on the portal now for downloads. This is a list of all available downloads, and is managed by the team. The URL chosen is random, and a nightly script is run to check for the availability of the downloads, any download that has been flagged as inactive for 3 nights running will be removed from the list until the scanner checks and finds the link is again available. I hope this makes it easier for people to find the files they require Enjoy Slayerman
