    Have you been there this morning? I think I killed about 10, then nothing. And the spawn is now one or 2 at about a 5 min interval.

    Yes I went there to look but never killed them to see how long they took to respawn. Will check that out

    *Updated* Well they are certainly still there but after killing them all it took 20 mins to start to respawn, so yea bit slow I would say for such low level stuff. I have added this info to my sector review and hopefully a Dev will take a look.

    snow ball chucker!

    I think a lot of people missed the Pumpkin Chunker at halloween so I vote for this. With maybe the addition of a prize for whoever snowballs the most amount of different players . 10 Hits needed per player to count as a score, so we have a chance to run and avoid being "tagged".

    Ummm is there a limited number of mobs that the EMU can support? I know from other threads that there is work in increasing the mobs for RD faction, but did we have to steal the scuttlebug mobs from Saturn to do this?

    Which ones Mimir ..There are plenty of 3,4 and 5 around the accelerator to Uranus still.

    The Manticore's Dread Torment looks like a really nice device. Unfortunately it's Trader Only, and none of the traders can use L9 devices.

    I remember that one of the patches during live removed a lot of items that where not usable by anyone, unfortunately I don't think the ones removed where ever listed anywhere, although logically one would assume that the Manticore's Dread Torment would have certainly have met that criteria and would have been removed during live.

    Unfortunately it can depend a lot on where items are researched if you look here and find the Atrophy Novem in this list it shows a debuff as we have now in game. However its pretty tough to determine whether an item has been altered unless any reference can be found in old patch notes or even screenshots.

    I'm collecting here the Mission series for Ezekial(Zeke) Garret, the Bogeril in Witburg at 63,20 in what looks to be some sort of solar wind sailing ship. Please note these are posted in order, and they must be completed in that same order.

    If you have conversation dialog, please post a link to the image or past the text in directly and state which mission and step it goes to! :)

    After I hit level 30 and did my L30 HU mission my mission logged bugged out on the HU mission and it went back to the first L10 HU Mission and it says it 3/3 and I have to talk to Diony in Mars. When I go talk to him being OL 50 He just sings to me. My Quest log wont update to give me the quest to start my L50 HU. I have relogged and attempted to forfiet the quest. I am stuck and cant get my next HU.

    Thank you in advance for any help.

    Just curious Anjuran Khan on the Warship Genesis in Aganju (61 Cygni) starts the level 50 HU's for all Progen now , have you been to him yet?

    Compiled this list with the help of Drenau and Loony:

    - Spacesuits don't seem to stack anymore - is this expected?

    Merlin has previously stated one of his aims is to make Station Trips a lot less frequent. With that in mind it must surely be a bug, otherwise these suits would become totally useless, which I doubt was intended with their introduction to the game in the first place

    You are not alone. I am having the same problem today. As soon as client attempts to log in it crashes.

    *Update*

    I have just done a system restore and removed the last update for Win 7 and the game is running fine again. Coincidence or something in the patch I cant say?

    *Update 2" Reinstalled the update called Windows Live Essentials 2011 KB2434419 and once again the client crashes to desktop on attempting to log in. This is a win 7 update (running win7 Home premium here) Uninstalled the update and game is back to running fine . So for me at least the update is absolutely causing some conflict

    I was browsing Youtube vids when I thought of the First MMO I ever played it was EnB of course. Well I watched some videos and saw in the comments below that there is a full funcitioning EnB emulator up and running. Well im Downloading all the stuff needed to run the game ( I think) I am Dling the client then Net7. Is there anythign else I need to know or do I just down load those and jump in the game.

    Want to check on the requirements for Build Reactor for PP. My char JarodPT is Level 32 and the skill description for Build Reactor indicates a level 30 requirement - yet the designated NPC won't engage in a talk tree with me. Double-checking if the lvl 30 is accurate or a text bug or if there are other pre-req's I need to satisfy first such as Shield and/or Component build. I've talked to each of the respective NPC's for those skills and have those missions but haven't yet completed them (kind of saving skill pts at the moment as the only thing I really want to build with this char is Reactors). I have open mission slots as other than the 2 build missions I have the master Progen mission - so 3 open slots. I have obtained every skill that's unlocked at lvl 30 or below.

    The requirement is OL 35 to learn. Possibly a typo in the skill description.

    Yes and in that thread (page) Blacklung the Head GM has already stated the PTR is not open to the public at the moment. So you just need to be a little bit patient and you will soon enough be able to get back on it.

    In live, when an asteroid first opened, it began a timer, whether or not anything at all was removed from it. If the timer expired before the asteroid was emptied (it was fairly long, not "empty this thing in 30 seconds or BOOM!"), the asteroid poofed as if it had been emptied. I don't recall if this released a pop-rock mob when it happened, because I always cleaned a field out completely when I prospected if I wasn't driven away by a something I couldn't handle at the time.

    This would work equally well if not better for hulks (oops, you disturbed the wreckage, setting off a chain reaction that will eventually lead to its complete destruction).

    Happy Birthday Earth & Beyond (Patch message for 09/23/03)

    Decreased asteroid despawn times from 5 minutes to 30 seconds once the asteroid is closed by a prospector. The reduction in asteroid despawn time should minimise mining disruption caused by "Cherry Picking". If the asteroid is re-opened within the 30 seconds, the timer will reset to 5 minutes. Asteroid spawn times have not been changed.

    As you can see that how it was in live from the patch message date until sunset. I cannot see any further changes made from available patch-notes

    I think a mod will need to move this to the cherry picking thread that already exists.

    There was a respect issue back and forth to be perfectly honest. He did not enjoy the conversation so he was quite rude about how we should stop the conversation and I told him to get over it. I really don't feel the need to defend myself cause I really don't give a damn. But when I logged back in and simply made a joke about how you should not talk about Chuck Norris I was IMMEDIATELY banned for 24 hours. So the point stands that you cannot talk about Chuck Norris.

    The point stands that we have a very good and helpful community that respect one another and the few rules. You showed a total lack of respect for other players and the GM asking you to stop chatting about irrelevant subjects in New Player channel..he asked you more than once. You even admit to telling him to get over it, you honestly believe that's an acceptable way to talk to a GM or even anyone? Trying to say it was down to talking Chuck Norris is total rubbish, plain attitude and disrespect is what got you banned. Strange if you really "Don't give a damn" as you say, why even post about it?

    You want to talk Chuck Norris go to Out of Context channel and talk all day no one will bother you at all in there, that's what the OOC channel is for.

    It is pretty annoying to see typos and bad story writing, its really lowering the standard.

    The mission team needs a writer. And I don't mean just someone who can type English well. I mean someone who can write storylines and knows the art of writing.

    Please remember we are stress testing still, yes there are a lot of things to iron out and correct. As Byakhee points out it it would be a lot more useful to put errors you find into the bug reporting forum, yes they are viewed and logged and acted upon by the Devs. There is also a forum we use for QA reviews which are mostly carried out by the Beta teams, these take time. Everyone involved gives their time to the project for free, which means generally things will take longer to get fixed. There really isn't anything the whole team and community would wish for more than the game to work 100%, be completely error free and have perfectly written and epic story-lines. In the mean time the help of the community is also greatly needed to report things in the bug forums.
