jrichards2 Posted January 28, 2010 Report Share Posted January 28, 2010 I created a new account and validated it but when I go to http://www.net-7.org/index.php# to Register, so I can login to the game, I receive a "user not recognized" when I try to login and a "Forum user not found" message when I try to register. Username: jrichards2 Forum Username: Crichton2 email: jrichards.dba@gmail.com Any ideas? thanks, Crichton2 Chricton2 is your Forum *Display* name, is it also your Forum logonid? This is what tripped me (and others) up during initial re-registration. The value for "Forum Username" needs to be the actual logonid, which is for many people frequently different from the displayed Forum name they use for posting (I'd guess maybe yours is "jrichards2"?)
