I think it might not be validated but whenever we try, nothing seems to happen (we get the emails fine though). Also, it won't let us log into the main site with it but I think that's just due to it not being validated yet (I would assume). Could you take a look? Problem is, she can't sign in at all to the main page/site. It's weird because the sign in works here on the forum, but then she can't start a thread (hence why I did it) as she doesn't have the permissions. Main site logins don't work at all. It looks to me like her account isn't activated yet? It also says "Resend Validation" in the top right of her forum sign-in, and yet when we go through the motions of doing so, nothing changes/works.
