So I logged into the new portal, which looks awesome so far, and linked my forum account to get both of my game accounts on there. The problem is only one of my game accounts is showing up on the portal. I'm pretty sure both of my game accounts were on this one forum account, and I can still log into the game with both accounts. Zackman [LDEV] Posted June 28, 2012 Report Share Posted June 28, 2012 Hi and WB! Log into portal with your "main"-account, then choose "ACCOUNT" from the menu, cick on "Account Linking" there. Enter the [b]FORUM[/b](!) credentials of the account you want to link and follow instructions. After that all toons from that account should show up in the left pane. The problem is I'm pretty sure both of my game accounts were part of this one forum account, but only one game account is showing on the portal after I linked my forum account. On the very bottom of the portal main page is a link for "resyncing mailaddresses", please follow the link and the instructions.
