According to the manual you may not log in to the IGT with 2 toons simultan from the same IP. Item-Mail is IP based so make sure you are not logged into the IGT with more than one toon at a time, like the manual is expliciet saying (safe ticket for trouble) ! Please try to claim these two items again, i did reset them. For "inter account transfer" it's more suitable to use the account vault. I wasn't however logged into two toons simulatneously unless looking at the inventory of the toon that is not logged in while logged in with the other is the same as being logged in with two toons simultaneously.
