pooadrid Posted September 23, 2011 Report Share Posted September 23, 2011 ok so....first...i just discovered that this game is still active....cuz i used to play when they was still running it over at ea/westwood. awesome.... so im running windows vista... ive installed everything as admin right clicked run as admin. ive patched the crap out of everything as admin twice. had to re run the certificates...if that means anything but in anycase, as soon as hit play the window pops up to agree or disagree. and i hit agree...and then it goes blank. with...a little blue stick icon in the lower right hand corner of the screen. says exit and terminate login...and does nothing else... any suggestions? Tienbau Posted September 23, 2011 Report Share Posted September 23, 2011 try the FAQ at the top of the tech support forum, it has very good instructions for fixing most common issues. Even if your issue doesn't appear the same as those listed, it might be a good idea to try some of the things there. I don't think I've ever seen an agree/disagree dialogue choice pop up in the game before - but some other people may have done; you may be installing from a different source that I did. pooadrid Posted September 23, 2011 Author Report Share Posted September 23, 2011 mmm well i mean the whole disclaimer dialgue box after you hit play....BUT.... soo...i did the whole net7 launcher...and it just goes to a lil blue login stick in the bottem right hand corner of the screen.... so instead what i did was go to C>EandB>Release>client.exe and it starts up...lets me log in...even shows sunrise server...lets me pick my class and what not. then i hit play and it goes to the screen saver map of the galaxy and sits..so thats whats happening now. i did install everything listed in the forum/download sections.
