garblesoup Posted April 4, 2010 Report Share Posted April 4, 2010 The day before the patch my PW was at Det Center Onorom and I saw the Captain spawn. Unfortunately I got myself killed before I could do anything about it. Now that I've more properly geared up I've spent hours at DCO killing fighters and bombers but the Captain never spawns. I've progressed the mission so that I am at Step 5 of 9, Punish the Merus Milia Captain - but he never shows up for his punishment. I know this had been a topic of discussion in the past but it seems like this issue is back. My PW is lvl 46 now and will probably be lvl 50 before I can complete the lvl 30 HU mission.
