I patched both and did the net 7 program the exact same way, tried it out on my netbook first and it worked perfectly. I decided to try it on my main PC since I have a bigger screen and during the command prompt part of the loading I got this. Attempting to connect to the ip address 87.106.15.67 Sending login login failed- server not found Not sure what went wrong. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
jfaigan Posted March 9, 2010 Author Report Share Posted March 9, 2010 Alright, so I tried looking into the files in the release folder and they are identical to the files in my netbook, the login, port everything looks the same. Slayerman Posted March 9, 2010 Report Share Posted March 9, 2010 Looking at the error, if the installs are identicle, maybe something on your pc is holding one of the ports open (possibly 443 for SSL) If you open a cmd prompt and type netstat -ao You are looking for a line that will say <ip address>:<b>443</b> If you see that line, then a program is using that port. The last column is the PID of the process, look in task manager for the name of the process that matches the PID.
