Aenea Posted February 21 Report Posted February 21 I finally joined a guild and shortly after that I log in and see Megan and all my avatars but when it goes to the map screen it freezes. I have tried various combinations of the checked boxes in the launcher and different avatars after logging in to the character screen but always with the same result. The last time I was actually in game I was in an area I did not recognized and Woodstock told me to log off then back on and he would put my character in a different area. I don't know what to do, reload the game ? I have the original disc any help would be greatly appreciated *smiles* Quote
Aenea Posted February 25 Author Report Posted February 25 As grateful I am for all the effort every one who had a hand in this games recreation, I have to say that it will never have the kind of community and passion it had originally. I will always cherish the memories of the people that helped me level up and shared with me. Most of all the fun of being on line taking me to a place that made me happy. That is what I will miss the most. Quote

Aenea Posted March 11 Author Report Posted March 11 well blow me down Thank You !!! this link gave me the answer I dreaded T-Mobile is blocking TCP to UDP switching. *tears* you have no idea how much this hurts me. I will be back after I find another internet provider. note: if you hear about someone blowing up a T-Mobile Corporate Building it wasn't me okay? Quote
Codemonkeyx Posted March 11 Report Posted March 11 Sorry to hear as I know that's a huge hassle, but glad we found the problem! I also just updated that troubleshooting section with a few more things you could try from other people's experiences: Call T-Mobile and tell them you're a gamer that needs UDP and an Open NAT. Keep calling until you get someone who knows what you're talking about. Try switching from 5G to 4G LTE as it seems that UDP may only be blocked on 5G for some people. Use a VPN to bypass T-Mobile's restriction, e.g. ProtonVPN. 1 Quote
