Lakroth
I am having trouble getting the client to install from the eandb_demo.exe. I have downloaded the file five times now and each time I go to install it I am getting one of several different errors. Sometimes I will get an I/O error when the extractor is running. Sometimes it will extract the files and start the installation. I am able to choose my directory and it starts the install but it will give an error that says "Error 1335: The cabinet file "filename.cab" required for this installation is corrupt and cannot be used." I have the option to Abort, Retry or Ignore. Retry always fails, ignore and abort end in the same result of the install failing and the files that were extracted/installed being removed. The installer will then give a "Internal Error 2350" with OK as the only option and then another error that says "Error: -1603 Fatal error during installation. Consult Windows Installer Help (MSI.chm) or MSDN for more information." and the installer then closes. The .cab file that shows corrupt is not the same. These errors occur wether I am running the file as administrator or not. Any ideas? Thanks!
alurra [Fmr. ADV]
Turn off any antivirus software that is on and see if that makes a difference. If you have continually d/l the file from the Net-7 server and still getting trouble, I would say its something blocking from your side.
