First PC works fine, 2nd PC does not net7proxy.exe fails to initialize I tried uninstalling everything then installing in this order: .net framework 2.0 sp2 c++ runtime EnB demo EnB update Net-7 launcher + updates still no luck edit* Reformatting 2nd pc.. when all else fails, reformat!
