1. Dabruuzer, I don't have the numbers but I believe that there are more over 40 than below. So don't go feeling old....lol

As of November 09, 2012...I am 61 years young.

And I also offer my thanks to all involved in the resurrection of EnB.  :D

2. Played during the Westwood days through the EA takeover then left to beta EvE for about 3 months. Got disgusted with EvE and came back to find I was the only guild member left standing then sunset. :(

Found the EMU relatively early on, can't recall exactly when, was back during the single player development days though and was (and still) very excited about the Resurrection of the greatest sci-fi MMO ever. :)
3. Leave us not forget the college transcripts and records of why the license to practice law was hidden.

On a serious note, as mentioned above, this budget is a drop in the ocean. Entitlements top the list and if we can learn more about Mars and maybe what happened there, if it was once a lush green planet with oceans and why it isn't that way now, maybe we can learn to treat our birth planet a little better. I don't fall into the group that puts stock in the whole anthropomorphous climate change thing, but I DO believe in not messing where I live. :)

The more we learn, the better our future imho.... :)
4. Glad you came and hope you stay to see that there are a lot of OG people from Live, myself included. This is BETA remember, the team has come a long way from the start and there still is lots to be done. Not being a "Power Gamer", I can't speak to raiding as I have only raided a few times in my MMO lifetime but it seems to me that you ought to consider spending a little more time in game at different hours before jumping to conclusions. We still have the great community and for me, even if I log in and can't think of much to do, the people are worth staying for.

I've played EVE Online, but the game focuses on intrigue and strife. The developers push the cynical point of view so strongly that the game makes players quite paranoid about spies, theft, and sabotage. They've embraced cutthroat, unbridled competition and push a 'trust is for the naive' worldview. If not for that, I would love the game, but suspicion permeates player society. The environment became too anti-social for me.

I was in EVE beta. It was too much like work, you need a spreadsheet to keep up with everything and the griefers were like fleas on a dog. Minding my own business mining and some Poof in a Battlecruiser shows up and puts one unit of his ore in my container just to screw with me. Don't need that kind of garbage....why I return to E & B over and over. :)
6. Okay, remove all the th6 files, cannot log in. I have tried running as administrator, with De-Bug enabled and don't know what else to try...any help would be greatly appreciated. :)

Okay, after many attempts, deleting the th6 files over and over, I enabled De-Bug, Packet Optimisation, ran the configurator and lowered my resolution to 1024 x 768 and managed to get into the game. Dunno if anything I did made a difference or if it was just random chance....but I'm in now and mining with Jamis :)

The title speaks for itself.

Better and Better this site gets!

Just noticed the download in csv format for the indiviual inventories. Became overly estatic. So many possibilites in inventory organization are now open.

(still wish stacking was an option)

looking forward to the future.

Kudos to all the devs, especially those who work so hard and yet go unseen and uncredited.

This game is continually improving in directions that go outside of the box.

You guys are setting the expectation bar real high.

Could not agree more!
8. Only recently, it has been happening to me a lot. I locked up this morning, left to see Dark Knight, returned and when I was able to log back in, found myself in Grissom nowhere near a gate. Odd.

By the way, the movie was amazing.

I get the feeling others would like to see a full blown PVP based EnB.

I PVP in other games such as Counter-Strike, TF2...all FPS type games. Those who enjoy MMO type PVP ought to be able to participate and those who don't care to...well, you get the idea. I'm no carebear but I definitely like the opt-out or opt-in choice.
10. Welcome to the community. As others mentioned, the close knit family is what has kept interest alive for EnB imho. Even those such as myself who tend to solo play most of the time get help and good advice when asked for. Yes, the game engine is dated but the folks behind programming the new content will keep things fresh and they do listen. I look forward to the Beta phase. I hope you and your friends find a new home here. I know I missed my MMO sci-fi fix at Sunset. So glad EnB came back....a tribute to the family community.
