Hi I just updated and now I find I cant log in at all, says "connection to global server failed" and judging by the number of players on I may not be the only one, any Ideas? Pete

Unfortunately, despite trying for some days now i am unable to log in. there is no information at all about this problem apart from slayermans notice, if i hadn't been browsing slayers db then I would still be clueless. I'm wondering how many other players are wondering why they cant play and perhaps giving up altogether. I apreciate that things must be manic atm but a little info would go a long way. BTW the workaround provided by slayerman does not work for me anyone else have this problem?
