Hi there. You may want to ensure you are running your launcher as 'admin'. The other thing is to ensure that your antivirus/malware protection and firewalls are set to always allows traffic from Net -7 through them. Each one can react differently so an exception is the best best for that.
Try those options and see if any of them work for you.

You won't receive an email to change your game password.
Go to the Net-7 website.
Click on the Account tab -> Avatar Settings -> scroll to the bottom of that screen and you will see the place to change your game password there.
The top of that page will have the current account you are working with in the drop down box. If you wish to change each game account (your forum username can hold up to 9 game accounts) you must change it in the drop down box and change each password for each account.

EDIT: I see that you specified you did in fact get to where I directed you, but didn't receive an email. This would be something for the webdevs to take a look at, so I will tag @karu for that assistance.

It never hurts to ask, however, I find the answers usually create some ill feelings.
Your cargo holds are designed for the races/classes and by doing what you've asked, it would effectively give you more space to hold things above and beyond your cargo capacity. This would also open up a whole new can of worms regarding stack sizing of ores, components and a multitude of other things.
In order to keep the balance, this is likely not going to be something that will be addressed.
I will, however, reserve the right for this answer to change if directives are changed.

But for the "net7proxy.exe-v2.46" I can run the compatibility mode for Windows95/Windows98-ME/WindowsXP-SP2/WindowsXP-SP3/Windows Vista/Vista-SP1/Vista-SP2/Windows7/Windows8.
Set with WindowsXP-SP3 compatible mode.
Firewall both exec are permited to pass.
With Windows 7 installed no problem to play.

I am unsure why you went through all of these steps for the INV 300 error, but none of them would fix this particular issue. You do not need to run in any compatiablity mode (or shouldn't need to) to enjoy the EnB universe.
Please follow the steps provided in the orange banner at the top of your page to gain access to the game , as it will skip the required check for for the SSL certificate.
If you are still having issues at that point, please post here again and someone will try to help you get access.

Took me a while to figure out the issue was here and not with my ISP.
Please note the orange bar at the top of this page. It will give you directions on how to remedy this issue. It is a short term workaround until the issue is fixed.

Have you looked at your mission log to see what the next step is? Mission logs give a lot of information that you might otherwise not notice while speaking with an NPC.

.2mm should've been more than enough resolution to get a good result. Whoever printed that for you needs to dial that machine in because there are some real issues with the top and bottom layer both. Supports should not have left any marks on the print itself if they were set properly. As for the pieces not fitting together, that is because the extruder is not calibrated. It is over extruding causing the parts to be larger than expected.
I'm going to see if I can find your stl file here and see if I can generate a better result.
EDIT: I haven't taken the time to learn 'Blender' and the file doesn't open in Fusion 360. If you post the STL I'll be happy to have a gander, but I'm not going to learn blender to to create one

Your account does not show as actively banned. Perhaps you want to double check it?
And just an fyi. You would NEVER be banned without notification and only a GM would do said banning/notifying.

Be sure that you are not being blocked by any antivirus software and that your prototype reorder button is checked on your launcher.

Mobs and spawns in this game are a first come, first serve. Nobody owns any content, however there are folks who know generally when a spawn is to occur and are there for that.
Many mobs are on timers. Those timers can vary.
If you reach said spawn first and kill said spawn it is yours. If you do not and somebody else does, it is their spawn.

How does "fair" even factor into this? I could argue that there is a lack in fairness that ribs can be turned into teeth but it would not change my opinion or support for this trade. Teeth are used up a lot quicker and there is a need for this trade. The concept of fair is not even relevant to this discussion. Can you accept that being fair and being even or pragmatic are not the same thing? Right now flaming bile is piling up and cobalt is in short supply. I don't have enough data to make a definite statement of fact but it seems to me that cobalt bile is a bit more difficult to obtain than the other flavors at the raids. Also keep in mind that I don't like plasma. I am an impact user and my build history will back that up. Plasma one of my least favorite flavors of ammo. I do however see that fellow guild mates like it and don't have an adequate supply.
I can accept that it is too hard to code but reading your fairness reason is just plain nonsense and appears to be nothing but a straw man argument on your part.
As far as the coding goes, how is it possible to code a trade of ribs to teeth but it is not possible to code flaming bile to cobalt bile?
Let me add to this.

What about those who don't like Ossified or Amber?
What happens when everyone decides they have far too many Ten Gu Craniums and not enough Ocular Nerves or Ossien Matter or or or ....

You will need to create the guild in game which will make you guild leader. I'm sure there are some who will assist you to get it started, just ask in the New Players channel.

That particular issue has already been resolved, so no bug ticket is needed.
You should see the fix with the next push.

You will need to add them to the allowed apps. Your firewall won't automatically put them there. You're looking for the Net-7 launcher.exe file and you will put that into your allowed apps.
Mine is located : C:\Program Files (x86)\Net-7
Yours should be in a similar location if you used the installers to get in game.
