how do you get the jumpstart skill? i know it's gotta do with relk goodspeed near the saturn gate in astroid belt alpha but i approach him, can't interact with him, nothing. Anybody know what I'm doing wrong? what i gotta do? please help edit: nvm, found out, sorry gang
