all gates into SATURN have been closed until the blackholeing issues have been resolved.
if you are in NET-7 ask to be moved out or play a different toon, if you undock you will be blackholed -

you must be hull level 10 to get the bonus mission, or you can just get your hull upgrade and skip the bonus mission.
those choices are made in the very beginning when you go to see Executive Cailleach MacKellan upon reaching overall level 30.
i am removeing the bonus mission from your log. read carefully when you speak to Executive Cailleach MacKellan again. -
your on stage 1 of the bonus mission,Build 10 Industrial Mining Lasers and take them to Executive Cailleach MacKellan at Earth Station in Earth.
the choice was in the first talk tree. i can remove the mission and you can try again if you like, but the rewards are nice for it, up to you. -
better use a swiffer duster on them, wont last long.

for testing and development and to give those a chance to take a peak inside that havent been in since live and those that have never been in a chance to see it, it is not permanent.
it is the gates only, not the stations,you must have some degree of faction to dock still. -
Faction has been turned off to all gates to Smugglers Run temporarily.

Go to Tempest Fringe (Io, Sol System) not the Zenrei Tempest . To free warp, point in the direction you want to go, release your target by right clicking the target window then warp.
