    you said you were here to speak about specific guilds but you mentioned none.

    you gave no information on what happened,who was involved or when,along with no screenshots at all.

    and your  registered e-mail  shows 5 level 0 avatars.

    if you want input from the developers you have to provide something  of substance other then just a post wich is open ended and void of details.

    when you delete a avatar your client sends a instruction to the server to delete it,then its deleted.
    you also get asked are you sure you want to delete it and a response is needed by you to confirm it.
    so unless the server was to crash and require a full restore from backup there is no way to restore a avatar that no longer exist.

    NP = New Player help.

    very easy to understand.
    if asked to tone it down or take it to another channel, just do it and its done.
    we would hope you would ask someone else to do the same.
     
    we have many channels to talk in but if you feel like you want to talk in new player about whatever or general chat about other games and what not then its a self inflicted problem and those who do it have the ability to stop it themselves.  otherwise you will be asked to,then forced to if you do not and are in fact talking in the wrong channel.
    GM's are never DEV'S and vise versa

    1. There shall be no profanity in character names.

     

    2. There shall be no excessive profanity in-game or in any system

    11.Those that are caught exploiting a bug for gains will be banned.

    issued if you are afk macro'ing. HGM has the right to increase the time

    banned for multiple events and for each time caught Unattended macroing,

    with banning up to 10 years possible.

    the main thing to remember is to right click the client and launcher files you download, (demo and unified installer) is all you need.

    run as admin to install, then in the enb folder run the ebconfig to set the graphics card, do it twice to make sure.

    only now should you launch the game with launcher.  have fun.
