    I Have Bumped this back up due to people are asking how to and what do they have to kill for Bogeril faction.The faction map on Net-7 will help with that. To fix you're EC faction you can turn in Half eaten space suits or do EC Term-Jobs 40 faction per job. I hope this might help.

    Here are the Stats on the Chill-popper (Explorer Only)

     

    When your fightin' is hotter than four-alarm chili, you should hot-wire in this darlin' to your ship. Don't matter much if your enemies have resistance to 'cause this baby is gonna scrub 'em up good!

     

    Increase Maneuverability (Equip)  Increases turn rate by 49% when equipped.
    Loony's Shield Hammer Energy (Activated)  -15.0 Energy Deflect for 1980 seconds to enemy when activated.
    Loony's Shield Hammer Impact (Activated)  -15.0 Impact Deflect for 1980 seconds to enemy when activated.
    Loony's Shield Hammer Plasma (Activated)  -15.0 Plasma Deflect for 1980 seconds to enemy when activated.

    Gunny you may need a device or shield that provides (HDC) Hull Damage Control, the invencable Baston has about 152% HDC, or you can do the mission for the Sai'Li's Circle (L7) 142% HDC. They may give you some releif from being One shot.

     

    Deflects do stack. if you have an Ivory Ward in and lets say a PW hits you with a Warriors Resolve that does stack, or Rally from a TE, and deflect buffs from a JE, they will all stack.

    Terrell, I think that Gunny is asking about Turbo/ deflects and so on:

    1. Weapons turbo stack if they are of different %. 5/7/10/12/15/20 all Activated.

    2. Your ML/PL/Beams 40% Buff when installed.

    3. Some shields have 5% Weapons buff when installed.

    Just remember that if the wording on one item as increase ???? with numbers 4353, and the other item has it as a % it should stack. Most of the stacking is in the wording of the item or gear. If all else fails try it and see if it works. I hope that will help out.

    I don't raid ....BUT!!! isn't there raid rules someplace floating around in here?  Also this topic might be best placed into one of the many other "We hate BI" threads?
