Im not having that exact issue, but I can't move the game window at all.    Im assuming both monitors are hooked up to the same GPU?

Fixed it had to reinstall and use the EnB client patch first before updating  

trying to update the client on my new install and i get this "Update Failed. Downloaded file is invalid. Hash of downloaded file and has in server manifest does not match. File: C:\Program Files(x86)\EA GAMES\Earth & Beyond\Data\client\ini\rg_regdata_org. I tried deleting the whole folder and starting over but the error comes back.
