    please review this link [url="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NiJMw0Op8pc&feature=related"]My link[/url] this was a vid from live and if you search youtube there are othere if you watch the shield it seems to be recharging still why they are in battle. i with there mouse was ver the shield but it is not. I am almost 100% sure shields always recharged. I remember leaving my lvl 150 TE in live at a nav overnight by misteak do to an emergency. there was a lvl 1 mob attaching it for the night and my TE nver die. If shield never recharged he would have kills over but my shields charged faser then the DPS a lvl 1 could do.

    not saying i'm right but thats how i remember and the live Vids seem to show it too.

    Correct me if i'm wrong, but Shields in live never stopped recharging. As it is now i have noticed tht at first attack your shields stop recharge until the attacking stops then after a few seconds it recharges again.

    Not going to speculate, Kyp is seeing what's up, so we should let him adress it. I have no idea what happened, wasn't online, wasn't there (bioshock 2 methinks) :) People bugging Whitelighter should just chill out and let the people with the powers sort it out. Anyone asking him how to exploit stuff or cheat should be p-banned.

    Also have you ever really counted 15 sec it is not as short as you think it is. Really think about it start killing a mob and count.

    I'm not saying the mob was killed in 15 sec but after counting it and time it on a stop watch it might be closer then you think. Try it

    I am shocked at how a simple thread, asking for input from the community concerning an issue of simple "game mechanics" can be met with such hostility. The OP didnt mention any names, it didnt mention any spicific encounter..it simply asked how one single player competing with a group of 6 other players for the same mob..can out gun that group with impunity.

    This is not a simple issue, as some would suggest, of "learn to play"..simply put, even 6 "mentally challenged".. ppl in the same group, all lvl 150's 2k distance from a given mob, all with BIS gear and full turbo, plasma debuff and explosive debuff...can or could not be out gunned by a single player....who admittedly doesn't even have a spitter..

    I fail to see why Static players are so defensive, except that the single player in question chose to identify himself, and he happens to be a member of static.

    Someone please explain to me, the level of hate directed at "Vonbon"...and yes that is the correct spelling, knowingly misspelling his name is an obvious personal insult)...and personal attacks on players in these forums should not be allowed.

    The last random act of someone that can't discuss something in a civil manner, is to hurl personal attacks and insults....now that is sad

    As to the player in question, several that posted here made feeble attempts to explain game mechanics...so explain this....

    How does a single player, or any player for that matter..solo Blackbeards Ghost and kill him, and I repeat, SOLO him and kill him in less than 15 seconds...with a stopwatch..twice?

    This was explained Fact is White knows how to play his PW and anyone that has played the PW on ST4 knows that Sap hits for a ton. TEs are great but my guess is as Plamsa is the way to go. You all were using plasma. Well plasma has to tick off. Impact is all at damage in the sec it hit the mob. ad that with sap you have a good chance of getting 50.01% damage. also Missle Delay and distance to mob can add to it.

    I think alot of us at Static feel it is funny how Von posted about this. Call it what you will this post was made to whine and call our Guild member out. As i said in my last post we watch out for each other. Also the fact about how shady we know Von can be because of what happened in ST3 and he wants to make this an issue after what he did. nuff said

    Static I ask for you all to Stop posting on this and Admin please close this thread I see trouble coming.

    also as far as the whole CFB thing ? i have no idea WTH ur talkin about ...

    wow is right you have no room to talk about cheating or exploits there Von some of us know why you lost GM and i will leave it at that. Static is a great bunch of people who work together to get things done witch is why we were so great in live. Most of us have stayed together though the years and that just shows how strong we still are.. If you would like to talk more about Static PM and we can deal with it.

    Actually, you guys went OFF after it happened. I dont care if you name me or not, I found it comical watching you guys nerd-rage over it to be honest lol.

    Can i ask did you sap. I was wondering if this was the factor i was thinking of that did come to play but only you know

    1 player should never out gun 6 150s but i have seen somthing close to this happen in ST3 on blackbeard.

    A PW using impact debuffing and used shield leech (note Shield leech does a tone of damage) to out kill the lvl 135 PW PP and TT my lvl 150 TE was with. There was also a JD hitting the mob too but he wa not in any groups.

    Exploit maybe or just plain luck i don't know. mob seemed to die as it should and you could see the hits it took from leach pop off.

    Nvida also i posted this in another tread to help the devs but i will post it here

    this vid shows a seen from live were a TE is being hit by a fishbowl mob and shows the ticks of damage. these ticks were no were near enough to kill you in a few ticks is also shows deasha the Plauge getting owned easy by a PW and not taking much damage at all even with shield inversion. there is someone group with him but you get the point of how much damage the mob is really doing witch is not much at all. there is a few other things it shows if you watch it but a god video from the live server.

    2 shots from master i can go with 1 shot never. i played the best if not 2nd best PW on the server i had all AA's turbo's deflect devices and i used them all. i remeber doing one of the 1st ones and i think there my be a vid somwere on it. When i got hit by the master it took incoming hits of 2 shot before i really started hitting my hull. and that was ontop of other mobs or minions hitting me too. as it stand a minion lvl 61 not 66 can 1shot though 54k shields and 64k hull total of over 118k per shot. That is nuts and as it stands i had heared and seen people with 100K+ shields and hulls of 100K+ be 1shot by the same lvl 61 minion not master or boss. call it plasma tick or a stait shot but the never hit that hard. Even the controller witch i think was one of the hardest to figure out because you had to switch ammo and kill off certin mobs before even touching the controller never hit like that and he was lvl66 and dropped the best gear.

    Think of it this way. Right now the mobs are not grouped up like there were in live and spawned 6 or so at a time with boss. if you took the mobs we have right now grouped them up like in live it could not be done.
