    I hate to add to the crap discussion in a forum thread that was originally started to get and give feedback from and to the advocate.  Maybe the forum moderator could move these non question and answer discussions to their own thread?

    I'm sorry where do you not see feedback in any of that? I see it all over the place from all 3 people. Which in short could be summarized as, "Will we see improvements to under utilized classes in raids? Either through the improvement of devices/items that are currently not working for them or new devices/items and/or abilities for them."

    Where are sentinals supposed to get an AA Gahtu? I've been mining about 8 hours a day now for 6 days... haven't found one AA device. They're so rare I'd say they're non-existant at this point. With that in mind neither the atrophy line or the decay line work. Refuge and Restore have relatively minor uses with a trader in the group. Basilisk/Salamander roles can be done by roles that will already be in any group.

     

    With that in mind a JE can apply many of its useful buffs with player made equipment. Thus a raid leader can rely on the fact that any JE they invite to a raid will be able to preform the role they want it to. While a sentinal they invite 95%+ of the time will not be able to preform the role you expect it to. Sure you Pakkrat may be able to be more useful then another explorer who isn't as equally equipted as your PS... But you are the exception to the norm. The norm sentinal does not have AA Gahtu and AA Gahtu Daimo and judging by the drop rates any sentinal that doesn't already have them... never will.

     

    Sentinals only have a spot on raids if they've already been to the raids and gotten the equipment from the raids to do the raids is what you are saying.

    I think it's because PS's class specific devices don't work like Atrophy. What's the point in playing a PS when its support devices/skills don't work? It'd be like playing a jenquai explorer or seeker if they couldn't boost reactor recharges or improve/reduce scan rating with their devices. It's kinda sad really.

    It looks like they have been re-adjusted now.... but I expect change down the road.

    Beams should be a respectable choice but not the only one. I think you're right there may be a change down the road but it shouldn't be as drastic as it was. But it shouldn't be so minor that people just build millions of high end ammo and shoot it willy nilly.
