How about creating a vault that all character in one account can share items ?

Holiday content is always disabled after the holidays ain't it ?

Kill Stealing will cause you to go blind and makes your teeth fall out.

That might be a very good idea if enough interest is shown. But dealing with anybody outside that roleplaying environment might be a tad different.
