any admin on that can tell us if this is a patch or if it just crashed?

I nuked my hard drive and reinstalled windows 7 and the game after a few times reloading the game and that fixed the problem.

I just installed the game and launcher from scratch and as soon as the intro video has finished playing or I try to skip it the game crashes to desktop. I get a _except.txt file in the release folder and it read as follows.
