They did a 48 hours rollback, and that did affect account creations too. I have lost my account too, and signups are down.

I just got into testing and didn't spent that much time on my toons. Apparently they rolled back whole accounts, I have lost mine. Feels weird to re-discover a game that has been killed a looooong while ago.
