This isn't a big deal, but it's something I've noticed since the very beginning - Most people unnecessarily complicate class abreviations with additional letters.
But there are a few people out there that get this right and are holding out.
What is the purpose of class abreviations? To quickly and concisely convey a single message. The race and class of the subject.
in that spirit, why would I convolute it with additional letters?
There is only one of each of these. TW, TT, TE, PW, PT, PE, JW, JT, JE.
Terran Enforcer = TW
Terran Trader = TT
Terran Scout = TE
Jenquai Defender = JW
Jenquai Explorer = JE
Jenquai Seeker = JT
Progen Warrior = PW
Progen Sentinel = PE
Progen Privateer = PT
A letter for each race, and a letter for each profession.
A gloriously simple naming convention that quickly communicates race and class of 9 possible variatiions with only 6 characters.
The very spirit of efficiency and annotation!
(Please accept this as the comedy it was posted as, since I actually agree with the OP ;))
