    Emails would be received via the email you used when you signed up for your game account here on the forums. If you input a different email address (either changed it or use multiples) that would be why you never received a response. If you are using the same email address as you used when you signed up here on the forums then give the information to Kyp, as requested, and he can look into the matter for you. It is possible that your report wasn't received in the system.

    Don't waste my time by asking me to look at your questions requesting an answer then listen to you bitch because nobody gave you the answer you wanted. And yes, by posting on a public forum you have asked everyone to take a look and give a response.

    Bugs that don't get reported end up like your 'carrot on a stick'. They don't get reported because people want to take advantage of the situation, when the team FINALLY finds out about it, and they usually do, its gotten so out of control as to be 'the norm' for the player base who then screams FOUL when it's dialed back to what it was initially intended to be. This wouldn't be an issue if fine folks, such as yourself, reported bugs and let them get fixed.

    I know, it makes you a more special snowflake to sit back and yell about how your life is oh so much rougher than everyone elses' though. We all have 'actual fucking big boy jobs' that require us to chase around some asshole or another. Pull up your big boy panties and deal. Report the bug, don't report the bug. But do not come here to bitch about things that haven't been fixed "as of your last check with the patch" if you don't report it. Can't fix it if its not known that its broken.

    BTW. You'll find that many of those on the team that work their big boy jobs don't have much time to allow them to actually play the game. They work, come home and work some more on this emulator to keep it up and running, and work out kinks (provided they were reported in the first place) to keep folks such as yourself happy and content. So where is their leisure time spent? I guess here listening to you complain about things that aren't fixed that you don't want to waste your time reporting.

    1. From what I've witnessed, it does APPEAR that it consumes energy, IE: The reactor drains a bit, but if you keep a close eye on it, it is back to full charge within a fraction of a second, and then begins draining as listed per the skill level.

    2. This is probably due to the fact that a L9 asteroid does not really mean "chock full of L9" It usually means it can spawn L9 ores, and usually it is somewhere between L7 and L9. If you are in a field and notice it repeatedly then report it as a bug, but if you roll up on a field and don't see any in the marked 9's but don't wait to see what happens on field respawn, it could mean someone else beat you there and picked it clean. That does happen quite frequently.

    3. This is very likely a bug and will probably be adjusted. Fill out a bug report, you won't know until you do.

    4. The powerdown skill will work as you stated at L1 IF (in my experiences anyway) you previously had the skill up and then recalled it. Changing the level to a lower one, if you have a higher ability will always yeild the result you are speaking of. Again, my experiences.

    5. This was asked about previously and also addressed. I believe on the bug tracker, look it up.

    6. PrimerMax 3000 is not the only Evolver product that is not vendor sold. There are a minimum of 3 that I found with a quick search. I suspect its intended based on the items these pieces create.

     

    If you want an in depth answer or one from the 'Team' I suggest you post in the bug section. That is probably the only place you'll get what you're looking for. This particular section is for tech support. You're asking about game mechanics, which implies you can get into the game ;)

    Then they likely also drop the weapon you are looking for. A general rule of thumb is if it drops the ammunition it also drops the weapon.

    I got only 1 ammunition from Sturren lvl 46.

    From personal experience I would suggest you continue dispatching whatever dropped the ammunition ....

    Yes, I know, but this is what we have now, so thought I would point you into the general direction. On the upside, the new software you just take out the checkmarks for what you don't want and narrow the search field that way :D That is a bit easier than scrolling through pages and pages of names at least or at a minimum allows you to ONLY search for a Emulator team member as opposed to the old style that you couldn't figure out who they were unless you looked at each member.

     

    Meh, I guess like any other software updates some things remain useless and other things get more useful. Just hope there is more to the useful side this round ;)

    Thank you for the vote of confidence Holy, however, I am unable to accept this nomination due to my other duties within the Emulator Team. It would be a disservice to all of you players for me to try and wear both a DEV hat and the ADV hat.

    That being said, when I stated in the other thread that I had some ideas about some folks I feel would do a wonderful job in the Advocates role; I would like to nominate

     

    Holyman for Advocate!  ^_^

    There is a bug report located here. This is more of a statement in response to those that posted in that thread as well as information for those posting in this thread so they can locate the report.

     

    I don't see anywhere that was stated it was permanent, nor done to make things more fun or as a punishment.

     

    What I do see, is a response stating it was to fix a recent exploit and what I hear is the implied

     

      We needed to fix the exploit asap to keep the game up and running for you,  while we work in the background testing out the mechanics of other areas of the game that will also trigger the same said exploit if we just re-enable it. Sorry it's inconvenient, but we're working as quickly as we can

     

     

    If that was not even close to the implied statement from Zack then my next suggestion would be that this information be posted in the ADV section and get Cimbad on the case so he can bring it to the team and see if he can help resolve the issue. That is what we have a player advocate for.

    I would think that it would fall under the TOS because it is blocking the ability to play by doing it...

     

    Prre, I would definitely report the individual (s) in question, even those that chose to abuse you, if their behavior warranted a report, and then let the team sort it out. If the players in question are in violation they will be told as such and I would think repeated behavior in the same field will get them nothing but troubles.

     

    The vast majority of us are adults. Why then are some still acting like 'teeny boppers'? LOL

     

    I echo what Efi said as well. For every single person that disrespects you, there are 10 others who will show you nothing but respect, ya old codger ;)

    As much as I'd like content and think its needed , I think abandoning content for awhile and focusing all efforts on fixing the bugs with  existing content wouldnt be such a bad thing.

    Both can be done without 'breaking' the team I think. It would take folks to make bug reports on that content which is broken though. Can't fix it if nobody knows it's broken right?

    Umm, and just as a side note, this thread serves to facilitate and confirm questions about whether items drop or not.

    While participation is encouraged and willingness to help is appreciated, WHERE and WHAT MOB is never discussed.

     

    Any more drop locations posted in the course of discussion here will result in the thread being locked.
