OL 37 still cant get the darn skill have tried all things listed in an earlier post. As this is one of the main TT skills it would be nice to get some feedback on what's up with it. Also it tells me to talk to Katlyn Walsh at lvl 10 to learn Build Components no play there either she only has one talk tree for me.Toon name is Denize

Well my TT is now OL 37 and I still dont have Recharge Shield skill I have tried every combination listed here and every different thing I can think of. Time to give up unless a Dev or GM bothers to read and say its still bugged or what.
