  1. The debuff on the devices go with the added buffs that they get at that level... I do believe some don't make sense also as some mentioned. At 9 they get a 3rd buff which merits the debuff that goes with it.
  2. I love my TS when I am off on my own... I have to say JE is definitely a better support class then the TS. Even though the TS has HP a very desirable skill. They don't have access to as many equipment buffs as the JE, and the JE's Leach skill is very helpful in raid parties.

Also I should probably say that I had a much easier time leveling my TS to 150 then my JE.

Trade Hacking 5 for a L7 scout-unique skill. Perhaps a hide skill since the JE has Cloak, and the PE has powerdown while the Scout has no equivalent skill. Most mobs I've seen guarding orefields are bio-mobs, not to mention if you're in a serious combat group there's probably already a TW with L7 Hacking. At the higher levels perhaps give the skill some defensive combat bonuses to Scout & group.

Not sure what the details of such a skill would be, but I do remember hearing of a skill called Illusion. Could be a Scout Only skill of L7.

Like the JT, the Scout will need some lovin in the equipment department. Perhaps the Hyperian Frontier's Friend shield could be made manufacturable, and re-balanced for that change.

I would have to agree... I never saw the point of the hack skill on the TS.

I'm really looking forward to seeing the profiler report on this! Call me a nerd, but nothing's more fun than looking at a bunch of numbers and charts about method execution time! B)

    NERD! ;) :P
  5. Here is what I know of the Mordana raids... There are four locations that have several waves of Mordana, and a boss that drops 1 of 2 items in each location. The Tabernacle boss drops the GE and the Sting, the Listening post boss drops the defender shield and the Juggernaut reactor, the boss at Lilo drops the Veiled Oyoroi and the Vulture reactor, and the Jushai boss drops the CFB and the DP. If any of this is incorrect feel free to correct me.

    Currently it stands as follows

    Lannister
    Mimir (Declined)

Please note you must be nominated (even if by self) and accept to be eligable, but must have at least one supporter other than yourself ;)

I didn't see Mimir decline... He just said that he thought he wasn't PA material.
  7. Not sure... I never killed him for the one I got. Mine I got out of an asteroid a few months back. Still have it because it's 178% quality. I think I may have another in a vault somewhere if you find me in game I would dig it up for you.

    Very black and white.

People play mmorpg's for different reasons. Think the killer/socializer/achiever/explorer spectrum makes that clear...

Take myself, the main reason I play online games is because IRL I'm a disabled underachieving social reject. Ingame however, I can pretend to be someone else.

But your one of the best disabled underachieving social rejects...

Was Bioware under EA when they made the first Mass Effect? I love the Mass Effect series, but I feel like they cheapened the second game with the introduction of ammo and the crappy upgrade system where you can't buy anything and credits mean absolutely nothing, but you have to sit and mine all day long to get upgrades. They did make major improvements in the second ME, but they also lost some of the core character of the original. I already have ME3 on pre-order, and I'll stay with ME without a doubt for its great storyline and RPG gameplay, but I hope they find a better balance of the complexity of the first game and simplicity of the second in the upcoming game.

Yeah I hope they can as well and improve further... Mining was a bit tedious.

Eh, TOR to me is a disgusting adulteration of a once-proud series anyhow. I love storyline, and no matter what you do, an MMO will never, ever, ever have the capability to tell a story and immerse the player that a single-player RPG does. I was heartbroken when I heard this thing was being developed instead of a KotOR 3, which I bet would've been incredible on a current-generation console.

I was hoping for a 3rd installment as well... The first 2 were 2 of my favorite games to play on the xbox. A next generation installment would have been nice, but they decided to turn it into a MMO. Which isn't necessarily a bad thing, but I don't think it will be the same. Oh and I think EA has its hands in BioWare who produces MassEffect as well. Which to be honest I like the Mass Effect series so far.
  11. A TT and TS are slow to level up in combat because they only have 4 missile launchers and no critical targeting... With that said you can still do trade runs on the TT for overflow and max out that way, and mine on the TS for overflow. I would say any terran is much easier to level over anything else simply because of the negotiate skill that they all can acquire.
