Krichton Posted November 27, 2012 Report Share Posted November 27, 2012 Hello all... After the wipe, I (about a week ago) deleted all my game accounts and characters. I created a new game account and a new JE toon on that account. I then spent a hours/days building that toon up to almost level 40. Got my hull upgrade and everything. I then changed my email address for this account. For a few days, I could not get into the new email account to verify the address (software issues.) I could not undo the email change so I was essentially locked out of the game on that account. I spent days trying to get Net-7 and/or Game support to help me out with the issue, to no avail. Today, I finnaly got into the new email and re-verified this forum account. I was then able to log into Net-7, etc. However, when I logged into Net-7 there are no avatars (only had one game account with one avatar.) I used every standard and/or failsafe option to get my toon to display... no dice. So... I then tried to log into the game itself. Again, no dice. So figuring there is some kind of delay in the re-validation I waited a bit, then tried again... not working. So I then tried to create a new game account, with the same name as my old one (thinking it would be denied since it already exists), but it went right through. So now I have an empty game account, where my old account with one avatar used to be. I have left support tickets for both Net-7 and Game support, but with the luck I've had lately with the ticket system I am hoping someone with proper access will read this and offer some kind of help that actually works... and in a timely fashion. I've been waiting 8 days to use my JE. Perhaps I spelled something wrong... I truly don't know for sure, but I'm 99.9% positive I am attempting to use the same credentials as I had before to login as "RageousJE"... and my password is correct, guarunteed. The game account name was "RageousJE" as well as my toon. Can someone please help me? My toon is gone somewhere in a backup (I hope) and I'd like to have him restored to the existing "RageousJE" game account that I just created (if possible.)
