I have Hull Patch level 3 (Allows other ships to be repaired) I try to patch my hul or anyone elses hull and get the message... "Another skill is active, please wait or cancel' Please wait or cancel what? We have After Burner and Increase Warp Speed (from L4 Kraken) and Firing Tactics (from Rally 5 on TE) What skills are blocking me from using hull patch? This is driving me crazy and I want to spend points in the skill but went through this with afterburners turnd on on thought that was fixed?
