They would also have to give everyone at least 50mil credits to afford everything they will need as a L150 toon, or just give you gear based on your class/race. I think that would just be a little too complicated. When I was playing closed beta of LOTRO, they did do this on the final day, player by player, and made uber loot rain from the sky.
