CTD At Login Screen

Been playing the game just fine for probably over a month now. I was home on lunch, logged in for a bit and finished some explore jobs. Then I decided to go and make a JD char before heading out. So I made the char and logged out to desktop after docking at the noob station. Then I put my PC in sleep mode.

7 hours later, the game CTDs after I enter my username/password. It crashes just as the hand is supposed to light up, but it doesn't get that far. The client.exe process stops running but the net7proxy.exe keeps going.

I read through the other topics and the sticky and did some of the things suggested:
1. Change client.exe to XP SP 2 compatability. Did it, didn't work.
2. Go into the 'output' folder and delete recent .ini's. I deleted 3 files, all of which were last modified today. The next earliest modified is over a month ago. This did not work either.
3. Restarted my computer. Didn't work.
4. Undid all the changes...didn't work.

Any ideas? A Dev or GM could just delete the char I created if that is what is causing the problem. I did notice when I was creating it that things were a little funky. It wouldn't recycle through the hair/beard/face options. It got to the end of the options and just kept going as if there were more...but they were all the same blank/bald option.
