Twiggins Posted December 14, 2010 Report Share Posted December 14, 2010 i used to be able to play on Vista 64 bit, IE explorer 7 , till sometime after strss test 3 complete and there was an update, net 7 said i needed new client software for E&B, so I uninstalled everything and downloaded the new client and it hangs up on the install, right whe it is a 100% and its trying to copy the files over and the black video screen is up it stops, and completely becomes unresponsive as does windows installshield. Been trying since SEPT to get it going again no luck. I need to be able to play on this comp and not just the windows 7 one which has no problems with it. thanks for the help, replies appreciated and yes i am running as administrator with xp compatibility mode. twiggins Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
