Falstar [MOD] Posted May 31, 2010 Report Share Posted May 31, 2010 Hi guys, Today I had a tough time submitting a ticket, and finally had to do it out of the game. I checked, and think I narrowed down the problem. If you go to "get help" and select the "I have a tech support, billing...." tab you'll go to the ticket system and be fine. If you click on the "I want to report a bug" it will look the same, but you won't actually be able to submit a report. You can fill out the form and push submit all day long, and you won't get a confirmation. The page will just reset to a blank request. If you are trying to discourage players from reporting bugs this way, I would just suggest directing them to a page that says how to report a bug. Otherwise this sounds like a glitch.
