However - in the OP's case - we need a little more info. Have you logged into the game with this account before? If so, have you logged into the game since ST3 ended and ST4 started? If not, are you certain that you *also* created a new userid for the game (not the Forum), received the email and followed the confirmation process. I believe one of the possible symptoms of not having done that is receiving the "Temporarily Banned" message when attempting to login.
