I cannot Launch the game

Everytime i click launch it says "Server failed to respond to login attempt" aswell as saying "Incompatible version of net7proxy. latest version is 2.45" how do i fix this i keep hearing people say something about its a exe i need to run

Ok i finally loaded in but its asking for a registry code from the back of a cd am i on the wrong one?

Had to make a account on the actual website, now im at a indefenite loading screen when loading in to my character
