Game won't launch- Net framework error message

Every time I try to launch the game I get an error message from Net Framework, and the launch fails. This just started yesterday after a power failure, when I was in-game. I'm running Win10, and everything else works fine on this puter.

I've uninstalled / installed game 2x with no luck.

I've been online with Microsoft techs for over 8 hours now, during which we uninstalled / installed NET.Framework , updated GPU drivers, played with Visual C ..etc.. and last night I did a clean boot and upgraded Win10.

...not sure what else I can try. I also have given EnB permission in my security, but frankly I'm not sure if I did that correctly.

My old box running XP still launches and runs the game fine, so no ISP probs...

Any ideas?

OK, I think I might have solved this (with help from Kyp on a previous post). At least I'm able to launch and login without the error message.

I went to AppData as Kyp suggested, and found that there was a 'LaunchNet7 folder from over a month ago. I moved this to a folder on my desktop , then looked in the AppData again, and found that the newer Launch folder ( that I had just downloaded today), had been moved there. So I closed that up and launched the game, and it came up fine , and started to DL updates. After updates the game started just fine. Seems that the hang was the old LaunchNet7 file in AppData. YAY!
