launcher problem Launch Failure - support request #26780

After clicking play on the Net7launcher it closes and the net7proxy runs ok but game never launches. I have monitored task manager during the launch and after I click play {LaunchNet7} closes and no other executables open. I have set my settings in E&BConfig and ran performance test with no issues. After looking through my antivirus and firewall reports I didn't see anything to suspect that they are a problem. To err on the side of caution I disabled them both briefly and got the same result. During the installation I was asked to select the executable file to be updated .... \release\client.exe I checked the router and even setup port forwarding Did a Wireshark capture, and Ports TCP/UDP 3500-3808 are not being accessed at all. Done all the steps and looked through countless pages of forms trying to fix this, compatibility mode/running as admin on both Net7launcher and client running as admin, IP address matches, client path to release/ client.exe. all ok. no errors. The launcher closes, net7proxy opens in the background, and then nothing. I'm at a loss. I have the latest downloads from the website. Installation went fine. Now when I start the Launcher, it runs (as visible in Task Manager) but is not visible. Help needed sorting out what is up. Thanks Sparks
