I just noticed: All Terrans can build engines but NO ONE builds reactors. Why? Oversight? Cunning Plan? In Live, you just went to a Jenquai builder for a reactor, but NOW that you cannot build restricted stuff outside of your race, THAT is a problem. I expected the Terran Scout to be a reactor builder. Anyone else have some thoughts on this?
