A returning player. It’s been a few years since I was on and I did a fresh install on my new computer.

I am running win11, and I have tried all the tricks in the previously posted login issues. I still can't get in. I can get to the login screen, and it keeps telling me my login information is not accepted every time. I also just created a new account, and it told me the same thing.

Ok, I tried a fresh install & everything in the help FAQ. Is there anything else I can do? Still getting the INV-300

I have done everything in your INV-300 help. Is a fresh install recommended an if so will I lose my characters?

ok, i got rid of avast since it was interfering in alot of programs. but now i am still geting the 300 inv error. any new suggestions?

I fixed mine. Had to turn off my anti virus shields. if your using avast, it will block your game. i dont know about other antivirus proggys.

I am having the same issuue. I was playing just 8-9 hours ago and know everything is up to date. I wake up this morning and get the INV 300. Any sugestions? I also re-did the help > 300 cert. And I reboted my PC. same error.

I want to thank everyone for their help. C del hit the nail on the head. I did not have the enb client in windows compatability mode. Thank you all so much.

yes i have logged in before. i have several toons already. i had to reinstall on my new laptop. i bought the same exact model and installed the same also. it says in the black box that its connecting then says the tcp 3805 was disconnected

Everytime i got to the login screen it accepts my name and PW and then crashes. it says tcp connection on port 3805 was reset. how can i get it to stop doing that?
