    I am on step 12 of the 16 step TE Promotion Mission. The mission information tells me to speak with MacKellan upon reaching lvl 100. I am now lvl 102 and MacKellan will not talk to me about a hull upgrade. What can I do to continue progression? Thanks in advance. Creptice
